How a listing is allowed to exist

TopBachelor is for adults. You confirm you are 18 or older before you pay, and again if you send a message through the site.

That confirmation is your statement. The public list does not present anyone as age-checked or verified.

The photo on a listing is a real photograph of you. You took it, or you were there when it was taken, and you have the right to post it.

An AI-generated image is not allowed. A deepfake, a face swap, a synthetic face, or a photo altered to show someone who was not there is not allowed. A listing for a person who is not real is not allowed.

No minor appears in the photo or in any description, name, or other text you add. A photo of anyone who appears to be under 18 is not allowed.

We may refuse a photo. A refused photo is not explained in detail.

The list is a public profile, and it stays non-explicit. These are not allowed in a photo, a name, a description, a message, or any other part of a listing:

• Nudity, sexual content, pornography, or explicit sexual language.
• AI-generated or AI-altered photos, deepfakes, face swaps, or a generated person presented as real.
• Anyone under 18, or any sexual content involving a minor.
• Paid sex, escorting, or any sexual service in exchange for money.
• Someone else’s intimate images, posted without their consent.
• Impersonation, or a photo of someone other than you.
• Another person’s private contact details, threats, harassment, or hate.
• Scams, requests for money, gift cards, or payment outside TopBachelor.
• Illegal activity, illegal goods, drugs, or weapons.
• A photo or text you do not have the right to post.

The same rules apply to a social profile you link from the card.

A live card shows your display name, photo, description, heritage flags, sports, interests, what you are up for, your bid, and your rank. Social links appear as logos. A phone number appears only when you add one.

Your email stays off the card. The manage link stays off the card.

You appear only on the list for the place and time frame you chose. When that clock ends, the list clears.

We keep the listing itself, the email you gave us, the photo, the bid history, and the manage link. When you accept this policy we store the time, the policy version, your IP address, and your browser.

Card numbers are handled by the payment processor. We keep the amount, the fact of the payment, and the references needed to apply the bid.

A click on a social logo is counted. The click leaves TopBachelor and opens the profile you linked, with a short note that the visit came from this site.

If someone sends a message through the site, we email it to the listing owner. The message text is kept for 14 days, then deleted. A record that a message was sent can remain, including the sender’s email, the time, the IP address, and a fingerprint of the text. A legal hold can keep the text longer.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not follow this policy, without a refund.

That includes the photo, the description, a message, or the whole listing. A bid already paid is not returned when we remove a listing for a policy violation. We may disable the manage link. We may report illegal material.

We do not send a note that describes a law-enforcement report.
