The deal when you join a list
October 4, 2026
Paying for a place on a list means you accept these terms and the policy. The rules page explains the clock. These terms explain the bargain.
The service
TopBachelor is a public list of bachelors. You pick one city or one college, and one time frame: this week, this month, or this year. Your listing is on that list until the clock ends.
There is no account. After the first payment, a private manage link is emailed to you. Anyone with that link can change the listing. Keep it private.
The bid
Rank is the bid. Amounts are whole dollars. $1 starts a list. Taking first place costs $1 more than the current top bid. A raise charges only the difference, and that difference is at least $1.
The charge places or raises you on that one list for the rest of its time frame. Someone else can outbid you. The list still ends on its clock. A bid is not refunded because your rank changed or because the list reached its end.
A listing that does not follow the policy can be removed without a refund. The bid already paid stays paid.
If a payment cannot be applied to a listing, the charge is returned.
A bid buys rank on a public list. It does not buy a reply, a date, or a relationship.
What you can change
With the manage link you can change your name, photo, description, socials, phone, heritage flags, sports, interests, and what you are up for. Location and time frame stay fixed. To appear somewhere else, or on another clock, you join that list separately.
You can read the rules for how week, month, and year lists reset.
What you agree to
You agree to the policy. You are 18 or older. The photo is a real photo of you. No AI-generated image, nudity, sexual content, minor, impersonation, or offer of paid sex.
The name, photo, and words you post are yours to post. You give TopBachelor permission to show them on the list you joined, and to send the manage link and bid notices to your email.
Other people
Anyone can read a live list. Social logos open the profiles you chose. A phone number on the card can be called by anyone who sees it.
You are responsible for what you put on the card. Take off a phone number or a social link from the manage page if you no longer want it public.
We can remove a listing
We reserve the right to remove any listing that does not follow the policy, without a refund. We can refuse a photo, hide a listing, end it early, or disable a manage link. We can report illegal material.
Removal for a policy violation does not return the bid. A payment that never gets applied to a listing is returned.
The limit of the service
The list is provided as it runs. Rank, photos, and the people on a list change. We are not liable for what another person does after they see a card, call a number, or open a social profile.
These terms and the policy can be updated. The version in force is the one published on this site when you pay or send a message. A later change applies the next time you pay or send a message.
